Wonderful, knowledgeable staff who are responsive and always caring. The most important to me are the ecologically friendly methods used to keep my house safe from unwanted bugs since I live in the middle of the woods and do not want chemicals entering the water supply. I have a natural pond with frogs.

Technician examined the entire house, and garage under the vinyl siding for carpenter bees. He then applied a heavy dose of the insecticide to remove the bees from their nests etc. He recommended “bee houses” to draw the bees into while they fly around the nesting area. He was courteous, knowledgeable and took into account our home and roof while he applied the product. He educated us on bee activity and proper time of year to continue to protect our home. Will definitely use Arkadia again for future needs.
